Portsmouth, Rhode Island – On January 28, 2008 Goff Management, Inc. made a minority investment in Farmaesthetics, a developer and marketer of all-natural personal care products. Owned and operated by Brenda Brock, the Company’s full line of 100% natural, herbal-based skincare products for face and body are used and sold in high end spas and retailers including Golden Door Spas, ABC Home & Planet and all Origins retail stores in the US.

Minneapolis, MN – On June 21, 2007, Goff Management, Inc., in partnership with the Thymes management, completed the acquisition of The Thymes, LLC ("Thymes"). Thymes, in operation since 1982, is a leading developer and marketer of premium products in the bath & body, home fragrance, and home care categories. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Thymes offers 18 evocative fragrance collections known for their naturally-derived ingredients, superior performance, and artful, award-winning packaging design. Sold to over 4,500 specialty retailers nationwide and internationally, the Company's products include bar soap, bath salts, body wash, body lotion, hand wash, hand lotion, candles, home fragrance mists, dishwashing liquid and all-purpose surface cleaner. Consumers are also able to purchase items online at www.thymes.com.

The Thymes management team, led by Chief Executive Officer Stephanie Shopa, will maintain its active role as owners and operators of the business.

M&I Marshall & Ilsley provided a senior revolving credit facility and a term loan for the transaction, and Ares Capital Corporation provided additional financing and equity capital to support Goff Management. The Mercanti Group, an investment banking firm headquartered in Minneapolis, served as exclusive sell-side advisor to Thymes.
